How many people hack in Starcraft: Broodwar?

I was recently backstabbed by a hacking player named "francezka". I know, it's childish to be all irate about a stupid game, but I can't get over the fact that he was hacking against his ally. I played as Zerg and he played as Protoss. I hate hackers... I've tried using iNhale. IT's GOOD! I know, but it seems very unfair to have a freaking map hack.
