Where can I download starcraft legally?

I've checked on direct2drive, steam, and the official website. Does anyone know a reputable place where I can download this game, any of the expansions, legally? I'm talking a digital download. People sell other games legally online this way. I don't want to steal the game. It deserves to be bought.

2. In my opinion, even though I do it myself but there's actually no such thing as "downloading legally" because either way, you're downloading something at no cost to you and ripping the company off because you're ultilizing their materials without paying for their work.
