Starcraft Sand Castle Wars?

I recently found this "sand castle wars" game and played a game with one of my friends online on battle.net and was wondering if anyone knew how to make these maps and is willing to explain how to make one....or if anyone knew of a download for the map....and help will be greatly appreciated :] Thanks in advance.
