In Starcraft, Why do I keep lagging in battle.net, even when I had 1.5 mbps DSL?
I had At&t Yahoo 1.5 mbps dsl, When I try to join a game in starcraft, I keep lagging and not even downloading the maps, but when I host, I don't even lag. I use to had Dial Up, and when I play Starcraft with it in battle.net, everything works fine, not even a lag from me. I Try to play other games like Soldier Front, with my dsl and there was no lag, but in Starcraft with dsl online, I really lag. I had a very fast computer with 2 gb of Ram and Windows Xp Professional Sp 2. So can anyone help me solve this problem. I really want to play Starcraft online with my friends. Reply to BenY: I'm not using a Laptop, I'm using a Desktop.

- If you have a laptop it is probably due to overheating, happens to me all the time with my games, also if it is not overheating it just might be that there is a huge amount of people on Battle Net. Also does it lag right off of the bat or does if start lagging like when your 1 hour into a game or w/ e?
- the reason why is that no matter what kind of yahoo Internet you get it will always lag even if its the faster yahoo Internet. yahoo been having a big problem with buzzard on-line militate player game. so its not your PC or the on-line game its your Internet Caz that's what buzzard told me that yahoo is trying to fixes there problem with star craft and some other game so buddy its not you that's having trouble everybody that have yahoo is have trouble too
