On Starcraft Brood War i cant go on battle net and i says that my cd key is in use.What do i do?

Plz tell me what is wrong and how to fix it.

1. Someone else has your CD key and is using it... did you buy the game yourself? And did you give your key to anyone?
2. well if you downloaded the game or its a copy, the owner of the game is using it. but if you bought it then some one has used a keygen and unfortunatly got your code before you could use it.
