How to beat a Protoss player who builds massive amounts of photon cannons and turtles inside of their base?

I play as terran and normally go marine/marauder/siege tank and maybe thors and I can never seem to beat protoss players who build tons and tons of photon cannons and then go void rays or something. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

1. um you could try scouting and countering with vikings and banshees against the colossus, i guess it really depends if you read his build first. then you could go with the best counter after scouting... but yeah i would do banshees and vikings or a marine/medivac drop. i play zerg and get owned most of the time but hey what can you do
