Starcraft 2 Map Problem?

does the sc2 game include map files inside the game? because when i connect to battlenet, i click verses A.I. option on single player, it says 'no content' or something like that, when i try to download the maps on multiplayer, it sorta just freezes there, just wondering if the map files are included, is there a way to put them in so i can play it. any sort of help would be great

1. i relly dont know ... its most likely a bug and you should try contacting the makers and soon try to install a patch
