In starcraft craft brood war whats a good way to stop mech being protoss?

cause thats how i lose most my games is a person choosing terren and than they get siege tanks and vultures and fuck my shit up what a good way to stop them PS they also build SAM sites

1. I don't know what SAM sites are... But it is good to make dragoons then a few zealots to drop onto of seiged tanks. Also get some observers out for the spider mines and some high templar are useful to storm bunched up groups of mech.
