can you still pre download starcraft 2?

everyone is telling me i can DL starcraft 2 now and have it ready to go before i buy it... when i get on the site it asks for credit card info to download... can anyone help me out? i do not have the money for the game yet but i would like to get the downloading done now.

1. to download go here: www.starcraft2.com/guest download then get a guest pass from someone and you can then play. sorry, not sure if you need the guest pass # 1st or not. you will have to find out for yourself.
