Starcraft 2 zerg and protoss campaign?

Will the 2 remaining campaigns heart of the swarm and legacy of the void be featured as full games with full prices or as expansions with cheaper prices?

1. They will be expansions, but the pricing hasn't been determined yet.
2. Nobody knows the prices, but I could see it going either way. It would be smarter to have them at a lower price like Brood War was, but with Activision pressuring Blizzard now, they might launch as full games. However, think of this: the Wings of Liberty campaign is as long as the entire Starcraft 1 campaign with all races put together, and is therefore a full-fledged game in and of itself. If the expansions are just as long, with just as many hours worth of gameplay, then they could easily be priced at full value.
3. I remember reading somewhere that Wings of Liberty was $60 dollars, and the two expansions were $30 each. I guess it'll be kind of like Halo:ODST is to the Halo series except cheaper.
