If I buy Starcraft 2 in a store, can I download it from Battle.net?

If I buy Starcraft 2 in a store, can I register it on my Battle.net account, and download it from the internet? I know you can do this with bolder games, but I wanted to see if they do it with new games too.

2. yes. but its 7 gigs currently at about 4.5h dl with another 30-60 mins to go. So don't recommend it unless your dvd fails to work >.<
