Starcraft RPG

Is 21 fps good enough to run Starcraft 2?

i have a HP G60 Notebook PC and i was planning on getting starcraft 2 but i wanna be able to play with no lag. can anyone help me out with this?

1. 21 fps is fine, you can play games at that fps.. but when it comes to precision it could be bad, but its deff playable.
