Is starcraft 2 really coming out July 27th 2010?

Been waiting for starcraft 2 for what seems like forever now, been a lot of release dates, and the most recent release date is July 27th. That's in the next few weeks, but I haven't seen anything on TV about it, are they still continuing with the release or are they once again canceling it for a later date.
