what is the exact date that starcraft 2 comes out

2. Blizzard has yet to release that information, but my guess is some time in 2008.

6. There is no official date yet, but they've been working on it since 2003 I believe. The demo looks pretty smooth so alot of work must have been done on it. Also it was said on the site http://www.starcraft2.com that they had multiplayer pretty much completely up and running. So it shouldn't be too long. I would guess, (optimistically) that sometime Summer or Fall of 2008.
7. As a Blizzard employee, I can tell you that we are aiming to release SC2 on April 20, 2008.
