1. Quote from the forums: "When the second phase of beta begins shortly before the release of the game it will include a new patch." Here's another quote: "Chris Siggarty announced the final closed beta is going to be for around 2 weeks starting in early July." And since the game will be released on July 27th, phase 2 of beta will probably be early-mid July.
