Will Starcraft II win Game of the Year?

Now that Blizzard has announced the release date, it looks to be more than promising. The beta is out right now but it only has a fraction of what SC has to offer. Even though its just a beta, it's amazing. The game play is second to none and it is very addicting. In the final release will offer first person shooters, third person shooters and RPG maps. You can even play lost viking SC2 style!! I dont think any of those games are as good as SC2

1. Definitely RTS of the year, but it'll have a hard time being GOTY with all the great games that have/will come out.
2. it will not get goty because it has to go up against red dead redemption halo reach cod black ops crysis 2 gears of war 3 bfbc2 prince of persia gran turismo 5 modnation racers split/second velocity but i think that it will be halo reach or red dead redemption
3. I think it's got a good shot. Blizzard never disappoints, and it would be refreshing to see an RTS win over the glut of crappy overrated shooters.
4. Perhaps best PC game of 2010. If it can beat out Crysis 2 and Civilization V assuming all goes to plan and they are released this year. Even more likely to get best RTS game, only main ones would be RUSE (not really a competitor) and Civ V I don't think it will get GOTY from many places though, maybe PC magazines/sites. But i doubt anywhere else. There is a LOT of great games this year. Personally my hope is that Red Dead Redemption gets a lot of GOTYs. And while you may not think any of the mentioned games are as good as Starcraft 2, a lot of people DO think they are as good as (and better) than Starcraft 2
5. It may very well get some high awards, but I doubt that it will get Game of the Year just because it has to go up against Halo Reach, and Call of Duty Black Ops which are in franchises that get the Game of the Year title most of the time.
