why cant i download starcraft on my computer running windows 7?

it loads the disc, then the autorun screen comes on, and it freezes up immediately. when i try to click on the install in just says the program is not responding. is there anyway for me to download it sitll?

I have windows 7 and i can play starcraft 2 on my computer. and yes, there are alternative ways to download it. but like whenever a popular game comes out, a lot of hackers teamed up and hacked it ...so you can play multiplayer with the computer without having a beta key.
