How do I apply a mod for Warcraft III?

I just downloaded a mod for Warcraft III that converts it into Starcraft, and the site (moddb.com) didn't contain any info--that I could find anyway--on how to apply the mod i.e. Where to place the files/folders in the directory, what I need to do to the game to accept the mod, etc. I am fairly new to modding, and any help would be appreciated.
