What are some must know Starcraft Brood War Strategy for Terrans and Protoss?

I used to play the original and now i just picked up brood war and I know there are people that are amazing out there. I just want to be competitive. What are some strategies that I must know if I want to be a good player. Offense and defense (rush defense too) with Terrans and Protoss. Thanks

1. lol best bet is to go watch the koreans,they are pretty much the kings of starcraft,and you will most likely waste time trying to learn from soemone else(not to offend us) www.gamefaqs.com - might have some text files that might help you out for basic stuff www.youtube.com - will have a lot of the tournament videos,and also people demonstrating things like the 3 marine vs 1 lerker no scan mirco(very nice control) www.google.com/videos - will be pretty much like youtube. other than that i cant think of any other english website you could go too,you could try searching for slayers_boxer(best terran player),[red]nada,im sure within these searchs you could find things for protoss
