how do i beat my uncle in starcraft?

reasons why he wins: 1.i use hotkeys he doesnt but he still progresses faster. 2.he always carrier rapes me... 3.i dont know how to choke... 4.he never NEVER uses ground units for offence(oh by the way he only attacks with carriers hes protoss im terran) 5.i dont know what are the correct things to make at the start of the game... 6.he doesnt choke either... 7.whenever he attacks with carriers he always goes to my undefended spot and when i rush goliaths there he takes them back and forward like a hit and run maneuver. 8.i dont know how to take down a carrier storm...
