When will StarCraft 2 available in stores and download?

I wanna now exactly the sure date of the releasing date of the StarCraft 2 from a sure site,, official info I need ONLY.

1. im sorry but the game keeps on getting delayed. almost a year ago amazon had it for preorder.but then it got delayed. so i wouldnt try to pre order it. but just so you know there is almost no official info when it wil come out
2. Blizzard wont set a release date till they know its perfect there like that they dont want to put out the game then a week later have to patch the heck out of it. And amazon was stuppid for putting it pre order i cant wait till the game comes out ffs i been waiting for the day starcraft 2 coems out since 1999
