Starcraft strategies?

The enemy has about 4 Reavers, each has 5 scarabs, damage is not upgraded. They also have 6 to 8 Protoss Scouts and observers, upgrades are unknown. How do I defend my base against this kind of attack? I'm Protoss, by the way.
