Can't play starcraft online?

i can get on to battlenet fine and join a game or create a game but when i join even if the number appear beside my name and download the map the host can't start because it says someone hasn't dl even though i have and when i start a game no one can join lol no im not asian and i am finishing downloading the maps because they are on my computer it tells you if you get booted

2. so basically starcraft online has ALOT of custom made maps by dif players and they need to be downloaded onto your computer befor you can play via joining the game. most people are impatient and boot you for not having the game already. when creating one maybe you are nopt puting it public and in the right cattegory.
3. If you did download and the host cant start, it probaly means someone else didn't download. Just get someone to rejoin and that person's download should start up. Download sometimes gets interrupted when other people join and rejoining lets the downloader download again by getting the map off of someone or else or the host again. Now for your hosting problems. If you have dial up, you should be able to host. If you have anything else like cable, then you will have to port forward. If you dont, other players will see you with 6 red (high latency). Just google port forwarding and the first result should tell you how to do it.
