why can't protoss probes repair there buildings?

SCV's can repair there building, zerg self-regenerate, then why can't probes fix them?

1. Because the buildings self repair, only Terrans can repair their building because theirs don't self repair.

3. probes cant repair their buildings because it would imbalance the game. Protoss is the strongest race out of the three (and costs the most). If you could let them repair stuff, then it would give them a big advantage.
