How do you cheat on multiplayer mode on starcraft?

I can't seem to get how other players manage to build 39 buildings and 69 units to my 5 buildings and 19 units. Any help would be appreciated.

3. Explaination is one of three things: One: you are slow. Don't be offended, at RTSes most people are. It all comes down to your ability to manage many units at once; which most people can't and use the basic mouse to build and control. Two: They use hacks. Highly unlikely; but many people result to these "cheats" to get the upper hand. Hackers are (usually) quickly found and banned. I highly doubt this is the case. Third and the most likely: micromanagment. Basically; "micro" is the ability to efficiently use your keyboard and mouse to control units and do things like "Alt (for next worker); b (for build); 2 (for barracks) and the mouse is already in the right place so they click, press a different key and choose the next worker/unit". It is kinda of difficult to get used to; but this will give you the upper hand, especially when it comes down to fighting on several fronts. Read the manual and it'll show you all the keybindings for units - or to options and change them yourself! Happy "pwning"!
4. On multiplayer mode, it would depend on what kind of game you are playing. If you are playing the original melee/free for all/top vs bottom on battlenet then it is highly unlikely that they would cheat. Since altering the resources and building times will usually result in the players getting dropped and disconnected from battlenet. On the other hand, maps that are played in 'Use map setting' can be edited to another player's advantage. But before doubting other players whether or not they they are playing legit, try to save a replay and see for your self. The only hack I know that doesn't get you banned right away is maphack which just reveals the entire map to you. chao :P
