Best tycoon and RPG game out for PC?

Whats the best tycoon and RPG game out for PC. Never played tycoon games but want to try a good one and as far as RPG games i like games like Warcraft and Starcraft and Age of empires 3, any good games like those out that are fairly new?

4. As far as tycoon games go... the greatest and highest budget tycoon series game was the Rollercoaster Tycoon series. I loved it and although 1 and 2 are much alike graphics wise, number 3 along with it's expansions is AWESOME.
