Is Starcraft an RPG or RTS?

if Starcraft is not an rts have any good rts besides (rome total war or BFME)

2. Warcraft 3 is better than Starcraft IMO Heros pwn everything
3. War hammer 40k' is also an AWESOME RTS, UMmmmmmm rome total war, warhammer, and starcraft are really the only rts i own. umm OH yeah RISE OF NATIONS freaking AWESOME.
4. it is an rts, just like any age of empires or warcraft game. other good rts's include rise of nations, civilization, and age of mythology.
5. Starcraft is an RTS. Command and Conquer 3, Warcraft 3 (for sure), Age of Empire.
