Heya people, how do I place ramps in brood wars?

Hi, I was wondering you to place ramps leading up to higher elevations in Starcraft Brood wars. I just can't find the option. Oh, and if anyone knows how: when I design a map, the AI will just wander around the map or gather a few minerals and roam . What triggers do I need to run or how do I fix it?

1. i don't use the old starcraft map editor that came with the box, there's a better one you can download for free, most people use it. i use it too. because instead of automatic shapes you can configure how big the shapes you want it to be http://games.softpedia.com/get/Tools/Starcraft-SCMDraft.shtml im telling you its way better to use, trust me it can be hard to use at first, but its pretty cool.
