how do i fix the "invalid starcraft map" error when i try to edit it in xtra editor?

i cant open "raccoon city 2" map for starcraft xtra editor and i dont know why i cant open it. i really need to fix it up cuz its really hard and me and my friends cant beat it. this is what it says when i try it. StarCraft X-tra Editor was unable to open the file 'C:\Program Files\Starcraft\maps\download\[7]Raccoon City 2.scm'. Please make sure that the file is a valid Starcraft data file.
