Starcraft RPG

Where can I download altered starcraft?

All the newer versions on battle.net are gay. I want the old school altered starcraft where zerg is X2, protoss is cheap, and terran is fast. No other units other than zerg are altered stats wise, and buildings have same build time (except for terran). Can anyone share this with me or know where to get it? Thanks.
