How to Download starcraft replays?

I'm having problems downloading and watching starcraft replays. Can anyone tell me how to DL and watch replays?

1. Instructions for Replays: 1. Download the zip file 2. Extract it to the "\maps\replays" in your starcraft directory 3. Go to starcraft and enjoy the replay!
