How to download and watch starcraft replays?

I'm having problems downloading and watching starcraft replays. Can anyone tell me how to DL and watch replays?

1. um teamliquid.net has replays you just click and download and save it in the Starcraft > maps > replays folder to watch you go to single player, play customize game, go to up one ladder > then maps ( ithink) > replays
