Starcraft 2 in three different parts?

Blizzard announced last week that starcraft 2 would release in 3 different parts which 1 part for each race ( terran, zerg, protoss). Does that mean that the multi-player will only have 1 race?

1. i have never heard that before. the official blizzard website never said that. it might have been a type-o. and no there will be all three races for multiplayer.
