what pc game should i buy?

i like to play: - rpg games (i do not know what mmorpg is) - action - level ups - online play - online chat - decide my race, job, or skill - somthing like maplestory, starcraft, or World of Warcraft a game that does not need a monthly fee (but i will buy the cd). Thanks
