Would it be illegal for me to torrent StarCraft: Brood War because my CD is scratched beyond use? My disc is scratched all around the outer edge. Nobody Can Join My Games That I Host!? ok, this has been pissing me off for a real long itme now. whenever i play Starcraft Brood War on Battle.net, nobody can join my games, cuz according to my friends who try, it says "The latency of the game creator is too high".
